Confluence Trash Bash Self-Guided Supply Request Form

Thank you for volunteering with the Open Space Council for this year's Confluence Trash Bash! Please fill out this supply request form if supplies are needed for your cleanup. If you don't need cleanup supplies (trash bags or gloves), you can still request Confluence Trash Bash t-shirts for your group.

Supplies can be picked up at our office (12450 W Watson Rd, St. Louis, MO 63127) Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm, from March 28th until the day of your cleanup. Once your form has been completed, email andrew@openspacestl.org or call our office at 314-835-9225 to schedule a pickup with our staff.

Additionally, there will be a Supply Pickup Night at two locations on Thursday, March 31st from 4pm - 6pm. The locations are as follows:

- Manny Broadway Shelter at Spanish Lake County Park (12720 Spanish Pond Rd, St. Louis, MO 63138)
- Tremayne Shelter at Creve Coeur Lake County Park (13725 Marine Ave, Maryland Heights, MO 63043)

Additionally, after your cleanup is finished, please help us track your service to the community by filling out the Pickup Report form that was sent to the email listed during registration.
