Featured Presentations

Keynote: "Native Plant Nation: Cultivating an Ethic of Native Landscaping"

Carol Davit, Missouri Prairie Foundation

Native landscaping enthusiasts in the St. Louis region are national native landscaping champions. They understand the many benefits of establishing native plants in the built environment and altered landscapes. However, spreading the "good word" about native plantings can be challenging. In her presentation, Carol will share strategies for creating widespread zeal for native landscaping to address national challenges, and how St. Louis serves as a model for the nation to benefit, people, pollinators, and the planet.
