Bring the whole family to Powder Valley Nature Center and become a hiking audience as EcoTones Concerts transforms the 1.3 mile paved Hickory Ridge Trail into an enchanting and unusual concert location. Along the trail, naturalists highlight the surrounding trees, plants, birds, small critters, and stream life of Hickory Ridge, and professional musicians from the St. Louis region, playing a variety of instruments, perform music inspired by the trail's natural sounds. Hiking audience members participate, influence, and interact with the music-making along the trail! Bring water, appropriate hiking footwear, and any snacks needed for a 2.5 hour walk/event.
