Enrich your life by nature immersion to reduce stress, boost immunity, lower blood pressure, improve sleep and many more possible health benefits. Topics to look forward to this year include: birds and blooms, journals in the woods and kayak plus yoga. Warm up with some coffee or tea indoors and enjoy the relaxing sights and sounds of our winter bird visitors. Then, weather permitting, join the Naturalist on an optional birding hike out on the trail. Bring binoculars and a birding book if you have them. We have both to borrow. Indoor time will be about 45 min. -1 hour and outside for about 30 minutes, depending on the weather. Stephanie Kemp
